Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the product is in a resaleable condition.
Ship the Item
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized Royal Mail or carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 working days.
